KARATZ delivers approximately 500 pieces of custom-made jewelry per year.
Our qualified jewelry coordinators and jewelry designers, who are well-versed in the characteristics of stones, will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The products are made by skilled Japanese craftsmen.
We carefully craft each piece of jewelry, starting with the stone setting, to match the individual characteristics of the gemstone.

01Before we make the jewelry, we will send you a photo of the stone in the setting. For details, please see the "Request a photo of the stone in the setting" page .

02 You will receive three accessories.

3. Memorial photo data by designers

03 After-sales services such as resizing, cleaning, and correcting distortion caused by use are available for an additional fee.

04If the loose stone is damaged during production, we will compensate you with an equivalent stone or give you a full refund. *Responses may vary depending on the stone. Please contact us for details.
