▽How to order

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at Karatz STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order for both the loose stone and the setting. 
※Expected delivery time is approximately 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal. K18WG costs extra. 

If you would like to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like an image of the stone placed in the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not be the case during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and public holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments.

・Additional charges will apply if you wish to have a loose stone of 2ct or more manufactured.However, we may decline stones that are too long in one dimension, too thick, or that cannot be processed.

・Loose stones previously purchased from our store can be used for manufacturing. After contacting us in advance, you will be responsible for shipping them to us. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number).

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. Please contact us if you require other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing).
