▽Order Process

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
You can choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Select the metal type, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order for the loose stone and setting as a set. 
*Delivery is estimated to be approximately 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal. Only K18WG has an additional charge. 

If you wish to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like an image of the stone placed on the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are scheduled to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not apply during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

・The maximum ring size is #15. For sizes exceeding #15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5-size increments.

・If you wish to create a ring with a loose stone of 2ct or more, an additional fee will apply.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・It is possible to create a ring using a loose stone previously purchased from our store. After prior contact, you will need to mail it to us at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft, calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in an image like this. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
