peristerite

Peristerite is a mineral belonging to the feldspar group. Its main feature is that it has an optical effect called "peristerism," and some of them emit a bluish-white flash similar to moonstone. Now that the original Blue Moonstone can no longer be mined, peristerite that exhibits blue peristerism is sometimes distributed under the name "Blue Moonstone."
