paudlettite

Paudretite is a relatively new gemstone that is said to have been discovered in Quebec, Canada in 1965. It is said that most are pale pink, but colorless, rose, and violet colors can also be found. Some are highly pleochroic, meaning their color changes depending on the viewing angle. It is said to be of gemstone quality and difficult to find in large pieces, with most being around 0.1 ct.
