1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal type and stone orientation.

3. Place your order with the loose stone.
※Delivery is estimated to be around 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal. K18WG incurs an additional charge.

※For the stone setting part of the semi-custom frame, skilled craftsmen will create a new stone setting to match the shape and size of the stone. The side diamonds are colorless diamonds with brilliance equivalent to VS-SI class.

If you wish to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge) or would like to see an image of the stone set in the frame, or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped approximately 6-8 weeks after order placement. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Additional charges will apply if you wish to create a design with a loose stone larger than 2ct.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We do not accept stones brought in by customers, but we can create designs using loose stones previously purchased from our store. In such cases, please contact us in advance and arrange for shipping at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number).

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of image. If you prefer other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
