KARATZ does not provide direct shipping overseas.
If you are ordering from outside of Japan, please use an overseas proxy purchasing service such as "Buyee Connect."

When purchasing through overseas shipping proxy services such as Buyee, please be aware of the following points before using the service.

The only information shared with our shop by overseas shipping proxy services is:

・The items and quantities purchased
・The name, address, and phone number of the proxy service provider

Your personal information and payment status are generally not provided to us.
Therefore, if multiple people use the same service provider to make purchases, it is difficult for us to determine which order belongs to which customer.

Additionally, it may take some time for the proxy service to process the purchase, and we are unable to monitor the status until the purchase process is complete.

Consequently, we are unable to provide answers to inquiries such as the following.
Please contact your overseas shipping proxy service directly.

・Whether an order placed through an overseas shipping proxy service has been successfully received by the KARATZ STORE

・The order processing or payment status at the proxy service provider before the order reaches the KARATZ STORE

・Order delays or system issues occurring at the proxy service provider

・International shipping schedules or tracking information after the package arrives at the proxy service provider

・Trouble such as loss, damage, or delays that occur after the proxy service provider has received the item

・Information regarding insurance or compensation for international shipping handled by the proxy service

The same applies to initial defects or similar issues; as we cannot cross-reference when and which product was purchased by the inquiring customer, it is difficult for us to assist even if you contact us directly.
