▽How to order

1. Purchase your favorite stones (up to 2.0ct in size) at the Caratz Store at the same time.
Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

3. Order as a set with loose stones.
*Delivery is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*You can choose from the following types of metal: K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold). Only K18WG is an additional charge.

*For semi-custom setting, the setting will be newly made by a skilled craftsman according to the shape and size of the stone . The side stones are colorless diamonds with a brilliance equivalent to VS to SI class.
If you would like to change the side stones to different gemstones (additional charge) or if you would like an image of the stones in the setting , or if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us .

[Notes]

・We plan to ship your order in about 6 to 8 weeks. However, this may not be the case if we are busy. (We are closed for processing/shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

・Ring sizes range from 1 to 15. If you would like to make a ring in a size larger than 15, an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per size. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments. If you would like to make a ring in a size larger than 15, the fee structure will change, so please contact us.

・The size of the stone is limited to 2.0ct. If you would like to make a ring from a loose stone of 2.0ct or more, please contact us. However, even for stones up to 2.0 ct, we may refuse stones that are too long in either the length or width, stones that are too thick, or stones that cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can make stones that have been purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and mail the stones at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)
