▽How to Order

1. Select your preferred stone (up to 2.0ct) from the Karatz STORE and add it to your cart.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order for the loose stone and setting as a set. 
※Delivery is expected in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), or K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal.
Only K18WG has an additional charge. 

※For semi-custom settings, our skilled craftsmen will custom-make the stone setting to match the shape and size of your stone. The side diamonds are colorless diamonds with VS to SI clarity.

If you would like to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like to see an image of the stone placed in the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. However, this may not apply if there is a high volume of orders. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments.

・Additional charges will apply for loose stones of 2ct or more. However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can process stones purchased from our store in the past. In such cases, you will need to contact us in advance and mail the stone at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish, and it results in this kind of look. If you would like other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
