1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
You can choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

3. Place your order with the loose stone.
*Delivery is expected in approximately 5-6 weeks.

 

*You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal. K18WG incurs an additional charge.

※For semi-customizable settings, our skilled artisans will custom-create the stone setting part to fit the shape and size of your stone. The accent diamonds are colorless diamonds with brilliance equivalent to VS to SI clarity.

If you wish to change the accent stones to other gems (additional charge), or if you would like an image of the stone placed in the setting, or have any other questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to ship in approximately 5-6 weeks. However, this may not apply during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Additional charges will apply for creations using loose stones of 2ct or more.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・Depending on the thickness (depth), size, and shape of the loose stone, the stone setting may feature a two-tiered design.

・We do not accept stones brought in by customers for customization, but we can process loose stones previously purchased from our store. Please contact us in advance and mail them at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with tracking.)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of image. If you wish for other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
