▽Order Process

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the KARATZ STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal and the orientation of the stone.

3. Place your order with the loose stone set. 
*Estimated delivery is approximately 5-6 weeks.

*Metal options include K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold). K18WG incurs an additional charge.

※For semi-custom settings, the expert craftsman will create a new stone seat to match the shape and size of your stone. The side diamonds are colorless diamonds with brilliance equivalent to VS-SI class.

If you wish to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like to see an image of the stone placed in the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to ship in approximately 5-6 weeks. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Additional charges will apply for creations using loose stones of 2ct or more.However, we may decline to process stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or that cannot be processed.

・We do not accept stones brought in by customers for creation, but we can process loose stones previously purchased from our store. In such cases, please contact us in advance and mail the stone at your own expense (please use a shipping method with tracking).

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft, subtle texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
