▽Order Process

1. Purchase your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously from Karatz STORE.
You can choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order with the loose stone.
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal. Only K18WG has an additional charge.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not be the case if there is a backlog of orders. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments.

・If you wish to create a ring with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional charge will apply.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or stones that cannot be processed.

・We can create rings from loose stones previously purchased from our store. After prior contact, you will be responsible for shipping them to us. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in an image like this. If you wish for other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
