-Size is limited to stones up to 2ct. Please contact us if you would like to make loose pieces larger than 2ct. However, we may refuse stones that are too long in both the vertical and horizontal directions or stones that are too thick.
-Items will be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. However, this does not apply if it is crowded. (Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
