▽Order Process

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at Karatz STORE.
Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

 

3. Place your order for the loose stone and setting as a set. 
*Estimated delivery is around 6-8 weeks.

*You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal. K18WG has an additional charge.

*For the semi-custom setting, a skilled craftsman will newly create the stone seat to match the shape and size of your stone.
If you wish to change the side stones to another gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like an image of the stone placed in the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are scheduled to be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. However, this may not be the case during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Additional charges will apply for creations using loose stones weighing 2ct or more.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We do not accept creations with stones brought in by customers, but we can create items using loose stones purchased from our store in the past. After prior contact, you will be responsible for shipping them to us. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
