▽Order Process
1. Purchase your favorite stone simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.
*An additional fee will be charged for stones over 2ct.


2. Choose the setting method, metal, and orientation of the stone.

※If you choose a prong setting... If the loose stone is a round cut, you can choose between 4 or 6 prongs. Please indicate your preference in the remarks column. For shapes other than round cut, our skilled craftsmen will select the optimal number of prongs for the stone's shape.

※Additionally, if you have a preference for the number of prongs (only for round cut with prong setting) or if you want the post position offset from the center, please specify the desired position.


3. Place your order with the loose stone.  
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

One of the joys of making jewelry with gemstones is its originality. This custom-made design, "Custom-Made Earrings - Chain Type (Single Ear Only) ~ Solo ~" where you choose one stone, is a simple design that focuses on the gemstone and can be enjoyed for a long time.

These chain-type earrings feature your favorite gemstone set at the end of a chain. Enjoy the elegant movement of the swaying chain and the sparkle of the gemstone.

(The chain length is approximately 2cm.)

By intentionally narrowing down the design options, this service allows you to enjoy custom-made items at a reasonable price. Our skilled Japanese craftsmen meticulously create each piece, delivering a unique piece of jewelry just for you.

Every gemstone is one-of-a-kind. It's truly wonderful to be able to create a unique piece of jewelry using a loose stone you've chosen yourself.

・This price is for a single earring only. If you wish to create a pair of earrings, please order two items.

・If you choose a prong setting... If the loose stone is a round cut, you can choose between 4 or 6 prongs. Please indicate your preference in the remarks column. For shapes other than round cut, our skilled craftsmen will select the optimal number of prongs for the stone's shape.

・For shapes other than round cut, if you have a specific orientation for setting the stone (e.g., for a pear shape, you want the tip to face upwards like a drop), please specify your desired orientation.

・The size is limited to stones up to 2ct. If you wish to create an item with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional fee will be required. However, we may decline stones that are too long in one dimension or too thick.

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・We can create items from loose stones previously purchased from our store. After prior contact, you will need to mail them to us at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. If you wish for other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
