1. Purchase your favorite stone simultaneously at Karatz STORE.
Please select loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.
*Additional charges apply for stones over 2ct.


2. Choose the stone setting, metal type, and stone orientation.

※If you choose a prong setting... If the loose stone is round cut, you can choose either 4 or 6 prongs. Please specify in the remarks column. For shapes other than round cut, our skilled craftsmen will select the optimal number of prongs for the stone's shape.

※If you wish to specify the number of prongs (only for round cut and prong setting) or offset the post position from the center, please also indicate the desired position.


3. Place your order for the loose stone and setting as a set. 
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

 

 

▽Details of Custom-Made Earrings
One of the greatest pleasures of creating jewelry with gemstones is the originality. This custom-made service offers a simple and long-lasting design that highlights the gemstone: "Choose one stone, custom-made chain-type earrings (single earring only) ～ Solo ～".

These are chain-type earrings where your favorite gemstone is set at the end of a chain. You can enjoy the graceful movement of the swaying chain and the sparkle of the gemstone.

(The chain length is approximately 2cm.)

By intentionally limiting the design options, this service makes custom-made jewelry more affordable. Skilled Japanese craftsmen carefully create each piece, delivering unique jewelry just for you.

Every gemstone is one of a kind. It's wonderful to be able to create a unique piece of jewelry using a loose stone you've chosen yourself.

・This price is for a single earring only. If you wish to create a pair of earrings, please order two.

・If you choose a prong setting... If the loose stone is round cut, you can choose either 4 or 6 prongs. Please specify in the remarks column. For shapes other than round cut, our skilled craftsmen will select the optimal number of prongs for the stone's shape.

・For shapes other than round cut, if you have a specific orientation for setting the stone, please indicate your desired orientation (e.g., "for a pear shape, I want the tip to be at the top to create a drop shape").

・Limited to stones up to 2ct in size. If you wish to create an item with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional fee will be required. However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side or too thick.

・Depending on the thickness (depth), size, and shape of the loose stone, the setting part may have a two-tier (two-layer) design.

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing and shipping are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)

・We can create items using loose stones previously purchased from our store. Please contact us in advance, and you will be responsible for mailing the stone to us (please use a shipping method with tracking).

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. If you prefer other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
