▽ How to Order

1. Select your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) from the KARATZ STORE and add it to your cart.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order with the loose stone set.
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal.
Only K18WG has an additional charge.

*For semi-custom settings, our skilled artisans will custom-create the setting to match the stone's shape and size.
If you wish to change the side stones to another gemstone (additional charge), or would like an image of the stone placed in the setting, or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are scheduled to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments.

・An additional charge will apply for creating with loose stones over 2ct. However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・While we generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, we can create items using loose stones purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance, and you will be responsible for shipping (please use a shipping method with tracking).

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
