▽How to order

1. Choose your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct in size) from the Caratz Store and add it to your cart.
Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here .

2. Choose the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Order as a set with loose stones.
*Delivery is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*You can choose from the following base metals: K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold).
There is an additional charge for K18WG only.

*For semi-custom setting, the setting will be newly made by a skilled craftsman according to the shape and size of the stone . The side stones are colorless diamonds with a brilliance equivalent to VS to SI class.

If you would like to change the side stones to different gemstones (additional charge) or if you would like an image of the stones in the setting , or if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us .

[Notes]

・After ordering, it will be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks. However, this may not be the case if we are busy. (Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

・The maximum ring size is 15. If the size exceeds 15, an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per size. Rings can be made in increments of 0.5.

・If you would like to create a stone from a loose stone that is 2 carats or more, an additional fee will be charged. However, we may refuse to accept stones that are too long in either direction, too thick, or that cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can make stones that have been purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and mail the stones at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)
