【Notes】

・Orders are scheduled to be shipped approximately 6-8 weeks after placement. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and national holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size applies. Rings can be adjusted in 0.5 size increments.

・If you wish to create a ring with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional fee will apply.However, we may decline stones that are too long in one dimension, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・While we generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, we can create rings with loose stones previously purchased from our store. In such cases, please contact us in advance and send the stone at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish, resulting in this kind of look. If you wish for other matte finishes (e.g., diamond point processing), please contact us.
