▽Order Process

1. Purchase your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously from KARATZ STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal type, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order with the loose stone set.
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal type. K18WG has an additional charge.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. However, this may not apply during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays.)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments.

・Additional charges will apply if you wish to create a ring with a loose stone larger than 2ct.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can process loose stones previously purchased from our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us in advance and mail the stone at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in an image like this. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point finish), please contact us.
