▽Order Process

1. Simultaneously purchase your preferred stone (up to 2.0ct in size) at KARATZ STORE.

Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the stone setting method, metal, stone orientation, and bail type.

3. Place your order with the loose stone set. 
*Delivery is estimated in about 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal. There is an additional charge only for K18WG.

By intentionally limiting the design types, we have made it possible to enjoy custom-made jewelry at a reasonable price.

Even with the same design, maximizing the individuality of each stone makes it look completely different, which is where the craftsman's skill truly shines. Our skilled Japanese artisans will carefully create each piece, delivering a unique piece of jewelry just for you.

Every gemstone is unique in the world. It's wonderful to be able to create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry using a loose stone you've chosen yourself.

You can choose from the following two pendant designs:

Additionally, you can choose from two types of bails.

【Notes】

・Limited to stones up to 2ct in size. If you wish to create a piece with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional fee will be required. Please contact us via the inquiry form.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side or too thick.

・Depending on the thickness (depth), size, and shape of the loose stone, the setting part may have a two-tier (2-layer structure) design.

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not be the case during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・It is possible to create a piece using a loose stone previously purchased from our store. After prior notification, you will need to mail it at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish, resulting in an image like this. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
