▽Order Process

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.

Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Choose the setting style, metal type, stone orientation, and bail type.

3. Place your order with the loose stone as a set. 
※Delivery is estimated to be around 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal. Only K18WG has an additional charge.

Every gemstone is one of a kind. It's wonderful to be able to create a truly unique piece of jewelry from a loose stone you've chosen yourself, isn't it?

You can choose from the following two pendant designs:

Bezel setting (Fukurin) / Prong setting

Additionally, you can choose from two types of bails.

【Notes】

・Limited to stones up to 2ct in size. If you wish to create a piece with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional fee will apply. Please inquire via the contact form.However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side or too thick.

・Orders are expected to ship in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not be the case during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and national holidays)

・If you have a loose stone previously purchased from our store, it is possible to create a piece with it. You will need to contact us in advance and mail it to us at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish, resulting in an image like this. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
