▽How to order

1. Purchase your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct in size) at the Caratz Store.
Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here .

2. Choose the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Order as a set with loose stones.
*Delivery is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*You can choose from the following metals: K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold). Only K18WG incurs an additional charge.

*For semi-custom frames, the stone setting will be newly made by a skilled craftsman to match the shape and size of the stone .
If you would like to change the side stones to other gemstones (additional charge) , or if you would like an image of the stone in the setting , or if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us .

[Notes]

・We expect your order to be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. However, this may not be possible if we are busy. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays.)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For rings over 15, an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per ring size. Rings can be adjusted in increments of 0.5.

・If you would like to make a ring using a loose stone of 2 carats or more, an additional fee will be charged. However, we may refuse stones that are too long in either the vertical or horizontal direction, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can make stones that have been purchased from us in the past. Please contact us in advance and mail the stones at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)
