▽Order Flow

1. Purchase your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at KARATZ STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place an order for the loose stone and setting together. 
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal. K18WG has an additional charge. 

※For the setting part of the semi-custom mount, skilled craftsmen will create a new setting to match the shape and size of the stone.
If you wish to change the side stones to another gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like an image of the stone mounted on the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are scheduled to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not apply if there is a backlog. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・The maximum ring size is #15. For sizes exceeding #15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will be applied. Rings are available in 0.5 size increments.

・If you wish to create a ring with a loose stone of 2ct or more, an additional charge will apply. However, we may decline stones that are too long in one dimension, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can process stones purchased from our store in the past. After contacting us in advance, you will be responsible for shipping the stone to us (please use a shipping method with tracking).

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of image. If you wish for other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
