1. Purchase your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct in size) at the Caratz Store.
Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here .

2. Choose the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Order as a set with loose stones.
*Delivery is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*You can choose from the following metals: K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold). Only K18WG incurs an additional charge.

*For semi-custom frames, the stone setting will be newly made by an experienced craftsman to match the shape and size of the stone .

If you would like to change the side stones to other gemstones (additional charge) , or if you would like an image of the stone in the setting , or if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us .

[Notes]

・We expect your order to be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. However, this may not be possible if we are busy. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays.)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For rings over 15, an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per ring size. Rings can be adjusted in increments of 0.5.

・Stones must be between 0.1ct and 2ct in size. There will be an additional charge for loose stones over 2ct. However, even for stones up to 2ct, we may refuse to accept stones that are too long in either direction, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We can make a diamond for loose stones purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and mail the stone at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)
