▽Order Process

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order with the loose stone set. 
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

※You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal. K18WG incurs an additional charge.  

If you wish to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like an image of the stone set in the mounting, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not apply during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings are available in 0.5 size increments.

・Stones are limited to 0.1ct to 2ct. For loose stones over 2ct, an additional charge will apply. However, even for stones up to 2ct, we may decline processing if one side is too long, the stone is too thick, or if it cannot be processed.

・Loose stones purchased from our store in the past can be used for manufacturing. After contacting us in advance, you will be responsible for mailing them to us (please use a shipping method with tracking).

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in an image like this. If you desire other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
