1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Choose the metal type and stone orientation.

3. Place your order for the loose stone and setting together.
*Estimated delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks.

*You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), or K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal. K18WG incurs an additional charge.

For the stone setting part of the semi-custom frame, our skilled craftsmen will create a new setting to match the shape and size of the stone. The side diamonds are colorless diamonds with brilliance equivalent to VS~SI class.

If you would like to change the side stones to another gemstone (additional charge), or if you would like an image photo of the stone on the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are scheduled to be shipped approximately 6-8 weeks after order placement. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Additional charges will apply if you wish to create a setting for a loose stone of 2ct or more. However, we may refuse stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・For loose stones of 2ct or more with significant thickness (depth), the setting may have a two-tier (two-layered) design depending on the stone's shape.

・We do not accept creations using stones brought in by customers. However, we can create settings for loose stones purchased from our store in the past. In such cases, please contact us in advance and mail the stone at your expense (please use a shipping method with tracking).

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft, subdued texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in an image like this. If you wish for other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
