▽Order Flow

1. Purchase your desired stone (up to 2.0ct) simultaneously at the Karatz STORE.
Loose stones up to 2.0ct can be selected from here.

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

3. Place your order with the loose stone set.
*Estimated delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks.

*You can choose from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt950, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), or K18WG (K18 White Gold) for the metal. Only K18WG has an additional charge.


*For the stone setting of the semi-custom frame, skilled craftsmen will create a new setting to match the shape and size of your stone.
If you wish to change the accent stones to different gems (additional charge) or would like an image of the stone placed in the frame, or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to ship in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may vary during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Additional charges apply for loose stones larger than 2ct. However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・We do not accept stones brought in by customers for creation, but we can create items using loose stones purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance, and you will be responsible for shipping them to us (please use a shipping method with a tracking number).

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish, and it results in an image like this. Please contact us if you would like other matte finishes (such as diamond point finishing).
