▽Order Flow

1. Purchase your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct in size) simultaneously at KARATZ STORE.

Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Choose the stone setting method, metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order with the loose stone as a set. 
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

*Ring designs can be chosen from "prong setting" or "bezel setting."

*If you request a ring size 16 or larger, an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per size.

*Metal types can be chosen from K18YG (K18 Yellow Gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 Pink Gold), and K18WG (K18 White Gold). Only K18WG has an additional charge.

【Notes】

・Stones are limited to those up to 2ct in size. If you wish to create a ring with a loose stone larger than 2ct, an additional fee will be required. However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side or too thick.

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not be the case during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Loose stones purchased from our store in the past can be used. You will need to contact us in advance and send them at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1,500 yen per size (750 yen per 0.5 size) will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments. The thickness of the ring can be adjusted, so please let us know.

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of look. If you prefer other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.
