▽ How to Order

1. Select your favorite stone (up to 2.0ct in size) at KARATZ STORE and add it to your cart.
Please choose loose stones up to 2.0ct from here.

2. Select the metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3. Place your order for the loose stone and the setting as a set.
*Estimated delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks.

*You can choose from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold) for the metal.
K18WG is the only one with an additional charge.

*For the stone setting part of the semi-custom frame, skilled craftsmen will create a new stone setting to match the shape and size of the stone.
If you would like to change the side stones to different gemstones (additional charge), or if you would like an image photo of the stone placed in the setting, or if you have any other questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to ship in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may vary if we are busy. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and public holidays)

・The maximum ring size is 15. For sizes exceeding 15, an additional charge of 1500 yen per size will apply. Rings are available in 0.5 size increments.

・An additional charge will apply if you wish to create a ring with a loose stone of 2ct or more. However, we may decline stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・Depending on the thickness (depth), size, and shape of the loose stone, the stone setting may have a two-tier (two-layer) design.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can make rings with loose stones purchased from our store in the past. After contacting us in advance, you will be responsible for mailing it to us. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface. Honing is the most common matte finish and results in an image like this. Please contact us if you would like other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing).
