1. Simultaneously purchase your favorite stone (up to 0.3ct) from the Karatz STORE.
*Additional charges apply for 0.3ct to 0.5ct (+5,000 yen), and for 0.5ct to 1.0ct (+10,000 yen).

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

3. Place your order for the loose stone and setting as a set.
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

 ※For the stone setting part of semi-custom settings, our skilled craftsmen will create a new setting to match the shape and size of the stone. The side diamonds are colorless diamonds with brilliance equivalent to VS to SI clarity.

If you wish to change the side stones to other gemstones (additional charge), or if you would like an image photo of the stone on the setting, or have any other questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

【Important Notes】

・Orders are expected to be shipped in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. However, this may not apply during busy periods. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Ring sizes are -3 to 6. For sizes exceeding 6, an additional charge will apply. Rings can be made in 0.5 size increments. If you wish to create a ring in a size exceeding 6, please contact us as the pricing structure will change.

・Limited to stones up to 0.3ct in size. Additional charges will apply if you wish to create a loose stone larger than 0.3ct.However, even for stones up to 0.3ct, we may decline stones that are too long in one dimension, too thick, or stones that cannot be processed.

・Matte finishing is a processing method that creates a soft, calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface.
Honing is the most common matte finish and results in this kind of image.
If you would like other matte finishes (such as diamond point finishing), please contact us.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers. However, loose stones purchased from our store in the past can be used for creation. Please contact us in advance, and you will be responsible for mailing them (please use a shipping method with tracking).
