▽Order Flow

1. Simultaneously purchase your preferred stone (up to 0.3ct) from Karatz STORE.
*For 0.3ct~0.5ct, an additional charge of +5,000 yen applies; for 0.5ct~1.0ct, an additional charge of +10,000 yen applies.

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

3. Order the set with the loose stone.
*Delivery is expected in approximately 6-8 weeks.

 *For the semi-custom setting, a skilled craftsman will create a new stone setting specifically to match the shape and size of your stone. The side diamonds are colorless diamonds with brilliance equivalent to VS to SI clarity.

If you wish to change the side stones to a different gemstone (additional charge applies) or if you would like an image of the stone placed in the setting, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

【Notes】

・Orders are expected to ship in approximately 6-8 weeks. However, this may not be the case if there is a high volume of orders. (Processing/shipping is closed on weekends and holidays)

・Ring sizes are -3 to 6. For sizes exceeding 6, an additional charge applies. Rings can be made in 0.5 increments. If you wish to create a ring in a size exceeding 6, the pricing structure will change, so please contact us.

・Limited to stones up to 0.3ct. An additional charge applies for loose stones larger than 0.3ct. However, even for stones up to 0.3ct, we may refuse stones that are too long on one side, too thick, or cannot be processed.

・Depending on the thickness (depth), size, and shape of the loose stone, the stone setting may have a two-tier (two-layer) design.

・Matte finish is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by engraving fine irregularities on the surface.
Honing is the most common matte finish, resulting in an image like this.
If you prefer other matte finishes (such as diamond point processing), please contact us.

・We generally do not accept customers' own loose stones, but we can make rings with loose stones purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and mail them at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)
