▽Order flow

1.Purchase your favorite stones (up to 0.3 ct in size) at the same time at Karatz STORE.
*0.3ct~0.5ct is an additional charge (+5,000 yen), 0.5ct~1.0ct is an additional charge (+10,000 yen).

2. Select the orientation of the metal/stone.

3.Order as a set with Ruth.
*Estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*For the stone seat part of the semi-custom frame, a skilled craftsman will create a new stone seat according to the shape and size of the stone . The side stone diamond is a colorless diamond with a shine equivalent to VS ~ SI class.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns, such as if you would like to change the side stone to a different gemstone (additional charge) , if you would like a photo of the stone placed in the frame, etc.

【Notes】

-Items will be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. However, this does not apply if it is crowded. (Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

・Ring sizes are from -3 to 6. If the size exceeds 6, an additional fee will be charged. Rings are available in 0.5 size units. If you would like to create more than 6 issues, please contact us as the pricing will change.

-Size is limited to stones up to 0.3ct. If you wish to have loose pieces larger than 0.3ct, an additional fee will be charged. However, even for stones up to 0.3 ct, we may refuse stones that are too long in either direction, too thick, or that cannot be processed.

- Matte processing is a processing method that creates a soft and calm texture by carving fine irregularities on the surface. The finished image will look like this . An additional fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.

・We generally do not accept loose items you bring in, but we can make them if you have purchased them at our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and we will ship the item to you at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)
