▽How to order

1. Purchase your favorite stones (up to 0.3ct in size) at the Caratz Store at the same time.
*There is an additional charge of 0.3ct~0.5ct (+5,000 yen), and 0.5ct~1.0ct (+10,000 yen).

2. Choose the metal and stone orientation.

3. Order as a set with loose stones.
*Delivery is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*For semi-custom setting, the setting will be newly made by a skilled craftsman according to the shape and size of the stone . The side stones are colorless diamonds with a brilliance equivalent to VS to SI class.

If you would like to change the side stones to other gemstones (additional charge) or if you would like an image of the stone in the setting , or if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us .

[Notes]

・We plan to ship your order in about 6 to 8 weeks. However, this may not be the case if we are busy. (Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

・Ring sizes are from -3 to 6. If you would like to make a ring in a size larger than 6, an additional fee will be charged. Rings can be made in increments of 0.5. If you would like to make a ring in a size larger than 6, the fee structure will change, so please contact us.

・The size of the stone is limited to 0.3ct. If you would like to make a ring from a loose stone of 0.3ct or more, an additional fee will be charged. However, even in the case of stones up to 0.3 carats, we may refuse stones that are too long in either the length or width, stones that are too thick, or stones that cannot be processed.

・Matte finish is a processing method that can create a soft and calm texture by engraving fine bumps on the surface. It will look like this . There will be an additional charge of +5,000 yen.

・We generally do not accept loose stones brought in by customers, but we can make stones that have been purchased from our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and mail the stones at your own expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number.)
