In Japan, any "copper-bearing blue-to-green tourmaline," regardless of origin, is called Paraiba tourmaline. It is a gemstone that boasts enduring popularity due to its vivid coloration.This is a Paraiba tourmaline from Batalha, Brazil. Its major appeal is the exceptionally strong neon glow that you can feel even at a single glance. In addition to its vivid blue-green color, it has high clarity, allowing you to enjoy a striking color that looks as if it is emitting light from within.
