[Available Aug 30, 10:00 PM] Blue Sapphire 0.148ct Loose Stone

Sapphire is a world-renowned gemstone that needs no introduction. Its mineral is corundum, the same as ruby, but all corundum that is not red is called sapphire. This piece is the most orthodox variety: blue sapphire. With a hardness of 9, second only to diamond, sapphire is a highly durable and stable gemstone that is easy to care for.

This blue sapphire was cut by Sri Lankan lapidary Mr. Sanje. It has been meticulously cut to ensure there is no color loss even when viewed from the front. While inclusions may appear prominent due to magnification of up to 44x, they are not noticeable to the naked eye.
