Sapphire, a famous and widely known gemstone. While its mineral is corundum, just like ruby, all corundum that is not red is called sapphire, resulting in a wide variety of colors. With a hardness of 9, sapphire is second only to diamond in hardness. Its high hardness, toughness, and stability make it an easy gemstone to handle.
This particular sapphire is from Tanzania and was acquired as unheated, but no unheated inspection has been performed. It comes with a鑑別書 (gem identification report). Please note that the report may state "usually heated," which does not mean that heat treatment has been confirmed, but rather is an expression used when no inspection has been performed to guarantee it is unheated. For more details, please see "Gemstones that are generally heat-treated." This type exhibits color change, allowing you to enjoy different hues. It comes with a gem identification report.
