Spinel is famous in Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam, but this is a pink spinel mined in the relatively new Mahenge mine in Tanzania. Mahenge spinel rough stones were purchased directly from Sri Lanka and polished by Sri Lankan polisher Sanjay to create a highly transparent and shiny Mahenge spinel . It is a round cut stone of about 3.0 mm, and you will receive one of the stones shown in the photo. It can also be used as a pair.
