Colombian Trapiche Emerald 2.318ct Loose
Trapiche emeralds , which have six lines, are rare gemstones that are found in only a small percentage of all emeralds produced. It is believed that this pattern was caused by impurities that were mixed into the crystal as it grew, and that these impurities then grew vertically along with the crystal.
This is a Colombian trapiche emerald with high transparency, and the six lines can be clearly seen.
