Moss Agate is a mysterious stone that looks as if plants are embedded within it. Its patterns can resemble moss or underwater algae, and some have a deep green color reminiscent of tree branches or forests. Moss Agate is a polycrystalline quartz. Its Japanese name is "Menou," and there are records of it being mined in Japan. This stone was cut by Sri Lankan master cutter Mr. Sanje.
