Its mineral name is apatite (phosphate mineral). As its hardness is relatively low at 5 and it is prone to scratches, please be careful not to bump it when wearing it. This is a Madagascar-sourced apatite in a lozenge cut by the Sri Lankan gemstone polisher, Mr. Sanje.
