This pendant features a Brazilian Paraiba tourmaline. It is prized for its vivid blue color and neon glow, boasting high transparency with inclusions that are barely noticeable to the naked eye. The chemical analysis values are 2.0% CuO and 1.1% MnO. The Paraiba tourmaline is approximately 2.8mm in diameter. The design is glamorous, with the central Paraiba tourmaline surrounded by approximately 3.0mm diameter diamonds arranged like a flower. The contrast between the vivid blue of the Paraiba and the white brilliance of the diamonds is stunning, giving the piece a strong presence despite the small size of the Paraiba. The bail is also adorned with diamonds. The accent diamonds are equivalent to VS-SI clarity, offering high transparency and sparkle. The pendant top measures approximately 15.5mm in height and 9.4mm in width. The total weight, including the chain, is approximately 3.40g. It comes with an adjustable Venetian chain that can be set up to approximately 45cm. Includes an identification report from the Gemological Association of Japan.
