Colombia Cosquez Mine Trapiche Emerald 0.177ct Loose Gemstone with Certification
Trapiche emeralds, which display six radial lines, are a rare gemstone, accounting for only a tiny fraction of all emeralds produced. It is believed that this pattern forms when impurities become trapped during crystal growth and extend vertically along with the crystal.
While many trapiche emeralds on the market come from the Muzo mine, this one is a rare find from the Cosquez mine. Furthermore, we have carefully selected pieces with rich body color and beautiful patterns. This particular lot was specially purchased by Emerald Hunter Masahiro Shimizu, a familiar face from the TV show "Matsuko's Unknown World," for an overseas exhibition and was first unveiled in Hong Kong. We carefully selected these pieces from that lot.

※ For products with UV fluorescent photos, they are taken using a 365nm wavelength blacklight. If you use a light with a different wavelength (e.g., around 395nm), the fluorescence may appear weak or be difficult to confirm. The blacklight we use can be found here.
