[On sale 6/7 10 PM JST] Greenland Tugtupite Rough 0.998 ct with Japanese and German certification

Sale price¥9,800

Tugtupite was discovered in the 1960s at Tugtup Agtakôrfia, Greenland. The most distinctive feature of tugtupite is its "tenebrescence effect," which causes its color to change when exposed to ultraviolet light. It fluoresces vividly under a black light and then slowly returns to its original color. The changed color typically reverts to its original state in a few days. Due to its mysterious properties, it is a highly popular mineral among collectors. This is a rough tugtupite from Greenland. It comes with a Gemological Institute of Japan appraisal report.
