Quartz, known as Suisho in Japanese. It's a familiar stone in Japan, but it's also a very profound stone with an exceptionally wide variety of types, such as amethyst and citrine. This quartz, with its red "petals" dancing within, is called Tinkerbell Quartz or Pink Fire Quartz. We used a penlight to photograph it to clearly show the inclusions inside.
