[Sale on April 21st at 10 PM] Eucrase with Pyrite from Colombia 23.430ct Raw Stone (Hoki-kyo Certificate)

Sale price¥19,800

Euclase gets its name from the Greek words "eu" meaning "well" and "klasis" meaning "to break," and true to its name, it exhibits perfect cleavage. As it is a rare species, among other factors, euclase is a rare stone that is rarely made into a gemstone. It comes in color variations such as white, colorless, pale green, pale blue, and deep blue.

This specimen is a symbiotic type of euclase accompanied by pyrite. The combination of translucent euclase and metallic pyrite creates a striking contrast where different textures are integrated.

Euclase is known as a mineral with strong cleavage, making it difficult to process. Therefore, rough stones that can be enjoyed in their natural crystalline state are highly collectible. The symbiosis with pyrite adds another appeal, offering an "interesting aspect as a specimen" that differs from a single mineral.

It comes with a sorting report from the Gemological Association of Japan.
