[Sales start May 6, 10 PM] Canadian Eudialyte 0.056ct Loose Stone with Certificate

Sale price¥15,800

Eudialyte is a mineral first reported in Greenland in 1819. Initially, its vivid red color led people to believe it was a type of garnet. Subsequent research revealed it to be a complex silicate mineral containing zirconium and rare earth elements, leading to its classification as a distinct mineral.
Its name comes from the Greek words meaning "easily dissolved," referring to its tendency to react with acids. Primarily found in specialized alkaline rock formations, such as those on Russia's Kola Peninsula, it is not widely available. Often found in association with black and white minerals, its deep crimson color and unique appearance make it a highly sought-after rare stone among collectors.
This is a 2.6mm round cut, gem-quality, transparent eudialyte from Canada. A gemological certificate is included.
