Synthetic Rutile 1.982ct Loose Stone

This is synthetic rutile, which appeared on the market in the late 1940s as a diamond substitute. It has a low hardness of 6, and a stronger dispersion than diamond (meaning it sparkles more than diamond), so it was only used as a substitute for a short period.
This synthetic rutile was cut by Sri Lankan polisher, Sanje. It is a synthetic rutile with a beautiful sparkle.
