Triferrite is a phosphate mineral containing iron and manganese. Its name comes from the fact that it contains three elements (iron, manganese, and lithium). Its color ranges from reddish brown to brown to black, and when held up to the light it has a unique glassy luster. This is a highly transparent tripherite (color-changing type). It comes with a JTL identification certificate.
