[Kobe Marui 1F] Pop-up store announcement [April 22 (Wed) - 28 (Tue)]
The KARATZ pop-up store is finally returning to Kansai after three years! We will hold our first event in Kobe in April!!
We look forward to welcoming you with a wide range of gemstones, from familiar ones like the Big 5 gemstones (diamond, ruby, sapphire, emerald, alexandrite), Paraiba tourmaline, and birthstones for each month, to rare and unusual stones.
We also offer many items that allow you to enjoy gemstones from every angle, such as beautifully cut gemstones by skilled Japanese and international master cutters, unique jewelry made with KARATZ original settings, tools like penlights and loupes, and rough gemstone polishing kits.
Additionally, we will bring a large selection of new loose stones that have just arrived from the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, the world's largest jewelry exhibition.
This is a rare opportunity to see and purchase KARATZ gemstones, which are normally only available through our online store, up close!
You can compare multiple stones, look inside with a loupe, and check the finer details.
We can also lend you tools, so please feel free to visit even if you don't have your own.
Our knowledgeable staff are always on hand, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
Our "Custom Order Consultation" where you can place a stone in a setting on the spot to visualize the finished product, is always very popular.

At the pop-up store, you can place the stone in a setting on the spot, allowing you to compare different settings and let your imagination run wild!

💎Great Value! Semi-Custom Set
We've prepared loose stones that allow you to create custom-made jewelry at a great value!
There are three groups: 0 yen for the stone, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen. You can create jewelry by paying the processing fee (setting cost) in addition to the stone cost of the chosen stone.
This means that if you choose a loose stone for 0 yen, you can make jewelry just by paying the setting cost (processing fee)!
You can choose from approximately 40 types of settings (*), the same as for regular custom orders, and we offer a variety of gemstones including diamonds, alexandrites, and Paraiba tourmalines.
*Some settings may have limitations on size and cut.
*The processing fee (setting cost) varies depending on the design and metal.
*Some sets are made with gemstones from Shimizu Kiseki and some are event-exclusive products.

【Regarding product requests from KARATZ STORE】
The acceptance of requests to view products listed on KARATZ STORE in person has ended. Thank you to everyone who submitted requests for your cooperation.
Even after the deadline, if you consult with the " KARATZ STORE Inquiry Desk," we will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the day you request a product until we prepare it.Please understand in advance that we may not be able to prepare the product by your visiting day or may have to decline your request depending on the circumstances.
Especially for inquiries made after the event period has started, it is often difficult to respond immediately, and the possibility of not being able to accept them is higher. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot always guarantee acceptance.

【Regarding Trade-in Service and Auction Consignment】
Trade-in service and auction consignment (Karaoku) will be available only from April 24 (Fri) to April 26 (Sun)!!
If you have jewelry made with precious metals (gold, platinum), please bring them during this period!
For trade-ins, payment will be in the form of coupons that can be used at the event, not cash. These coupons can be used for purchasing products or for custom jewelry processing fees, so please take advantage of this if you are considering purchasing an item or creating custom jewelry.
*Please note that it may take some time to respond if the person in charge is not available.
＜About Trade-in Service＞
Unlike a purchase service where payment is made in cash, the trade-in service provides payment in the form of coupons that can be used at events or on the "KARATZ STORE".
While the condition is that you use the coupons for product purchases at KARATZ, we will purchase your items at a higher price than a regular buy-out service.
＜About Karaoku (Auction Consignment Service)＞ 
Karaoku is a KARATZ service conducted in partnership with Aucnet, which operates one of the world's largest business-to-business auction platforms.
We will consign your jewelry to an auction where professional gem buyers from Japan and overseas gather, which can lead to a higher selling price than typical buying services.
*Some items may not be eligible for auction consignment depending on the gemstone type and quality.
