Our first pop-up store of 2026 will be held in Shinjuku, Tokyo again in March!
We will bring a large selection of KARATZ's proud gemstones, carefully collected from around the world. These include original jewelry, the world's five major gemstones (diamond, ruby, sapphire, emerald, alexandrite), Paraiba tourmaline, birthstones for each month, beautifully cut loose gemstones by skilled polishers from Japan and overseas, and rare stones that are not often seen.
In addition, we will have new arrivals from the world's largest jewelry exhibition, the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, as well as non-gemstone items such as penlights, loupes, and raw stone polishing kits.
This is a valuable opportunity to see and purchase KARATZ gemstones, which are usually only available on our online store, up close! You can compare multiple stones, look inside with a loupe, and check the fine details. We can also lend you tools, so please feel free to visit even if you don't have your own. Our staff, who are knowledgeable about gemstones, will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Our "Custom Order Consultation," where you can place a stone in a setting on the spot to visualize the finished product, is always very popular. Please try our one-of-a-kind original jewelry, where you can choose the stone yourself.
We also offer various purchase benefits, such as coupons that can be used for events starting the next day, and a lucky draw for gemstones when you spend over 10,000 yen!

Our custom order consultation is always very popular. You can create jewelry using gemstones you choose on the day or gemstones you've purchased from KARATZ in the past.
You can choose from approximately 40 different design settings (※). Customization is also possible, such as changing the side stones to gemstones other than diamonds, or adding matte or engraved finishes. This allows you to create truly one-of-a-kind original jewelry. At the pop-up store, you can place the stone in a setting on the spot, allowing you to compare images with multiple settings and let your imagination run wild! *Some settings may have limitations on size and cut. *We do not accept gemstones purchased from other companies.
For custom order consultations on March 20th (Friday) and 21st (Saturday), advance reservations are required for appointments from 2:30 PM onwards. Advance reservations are now closed, so if you wish to inquire, please contact the "KARATZ STORE Inquiry Desk" and we will do our best to accommodate you.
*No reservation is required to visit.
*If you find a gemstone you like and wish to discuss jewelry creation or want to take your time discussing it, we recommend making an advance reservation.
*For times outside of reservations and for customers without reservations, we may not be able to accommodate consultations depending on the crowd.

This corner features the world's five major gemstones: the well-known " diamond," "ruby," "sapphire," and "emerald," plus " alexandrite," known for its color change depending on the light source. If you are looking for something special, please ask our staff.

Paraiba tourmaline is captivating with its vibrant, neon-like colors that are unforgettable once seen. Paraiba Tourmaline. It comes in a range of colors from blue to green, with individual variations in subtle color differences and inclusions. We plan to bring both Brazilian and Mozambican origins, which are the current main sources. Please compare them and find your favorite stone.

This corner features birthstones for each month.
We will bring a slightly expanded selection of birthstones for March (※), the month of the event, and April, the following month.
From anciently mined and well-known gemstones to those newly added as birthstones, please compare the differences in color, type, and cut within the same gemstone species. They are also perfect as gifts for family and loved ones. This is the corner for Mr. Sanje, a skilled polishing craftsman from Sri Lanka.
The ability to maximize a gemstone's brilliance largely depends on the skill of the polisher. Also, the shape of the cut changes how it sparkles. Please come and see the beautiful sparkle created by world-class advanced techniques. Even if you don't know what to choose, you can compare various options and perhaps discover your own preferences. We've prepared loose stones that allow you to create custom-made jewelry at a great value!
There are three groups: 0 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen for the stone price. You can create jewelry by paying the stone price plus the processing fee (setting price) for the chosen stone. This means that if you choose a loose stone with a 0 yen stone price, you only pay the setting price (processing fee) to create your jewelry! You can choose from approximately 40 types of settings (※), the same as for regular custom orders, and we offer a variety of gemstone types, including diamonds, alexandrites, and Paraiba tourmalines. *Some settings may have limitations on size and cut. *Processing fees (setting prices) vary depending on the design and metal. *There are also sets made with gemstones from Shimizukiseki and products limited to the event.

For trade-ins, the payment will not be in cash but as a coupon that can be used at the event. You can use it for product purchases or processing fees for custom-made jewelry, so please take advantage of it if you are considering purchasing a product or making a custom order.

Trade-in is different from a buy-back service where cash is paid; it is a service where payment is made in the form of coupons that can be used at events or at "KARATZ STORE".
