This is a gachapon (capsule toy) featuring color-shift amethyst with a Konpeito cut. Color-shift amethyst is an amethyst that appears to change color depending on how light hits it. The Konpeito cut is an original cut by Mr. Makoto Nakano, a master polisher in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. According to Mr. Nakano, this cut, which resembles the Japanese candy "Konpeito," is created by gradually grinding the stone with a gemstone carving machine while considering the arrangement of the protrusions. This process requires high concentration and effort, so he can only produce one or two per day. The Konpeito cut usually sells for 22,800 yen.

The other amethysts feature a pear brilliant cut by Mr. Sanje, a skilled polisher residing in Sri Lanka. These color-change amethysts are beautiful and highly transparent.
