■ Process for ordering custom-made products
① Please purchase this page from your mobile phone, smartphone, etc. for 0 yen.
If this is your first time shopping at KARATZ, you will be asked to enter the information necessary for delivery, such as your name and address.

②Please tell the staff the order number (starting with #) listed in the order completion email.

③KARATZ staff will register your jewelry order details in a separate system.

④ After registering your order, we will inform you of the payment amount. Please pay at the register.

■ Delivery time for custom-made products
Delivery will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the time of order.
However, during busy periods, production may take longer.
(Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The same applies to Golden Week, summer holidays, and winter holidays.)

We will contact you by email once your jewelry has been inspected.
Once we receive your order, we will usually ship it within 1-2 business days.
