■ Option application process
① Please purchase this page from your mobile phone, smartphone, etc. for 0 yen.
If this is your first time shopping at KARATZ, please help us by entering the information necessary for delivery, such as your name and address.

②Please tell the staff the order number (starting with #) listed in the order completion email.

③KARATZ staff will keep a record of the contents.

④If you need to resize your ring, there will be no charge if the adjustment is within the scope of our service.
*If the repairs required exceed the scope of our service, we will inform you of the amount to be paid separately.
Please pay at the event counter.

■ Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the order, but we expect delivery to take approximately 1-2 weeks from the time of order.
Please note that if we are busy with orders for processing, including custom-made jewelry, it may take longer than this during busy periods.
(Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The same applies to Golden Week, summer holidays, and the New Year's holidays.)

We will contact you by email once inspection is complete.
Once we receive your order, we will usually ship it within 1-2 business days.
