■Regarding Silver Material Resizing
Resizing is available (including cleaning).
Silver has high thermal conductivity and many items use colored stones, so resizing requires more careful work than usual.
In the unlikely event that a stone is damaged during the process, it will be replaced with a gemstone of equivalent class free of charge.
After resizing, the item will be re-polished, and replating will also be performed.
