【Care Instructions】

・Gently wipe off sweat and dirt with a soft cloth; you may wash it lightly with water or lukewarm water and dry it as needed.
・If using a microfiber cloth, please be careful as any hard debris or sand on the cloth can cause scratches.
・Avoid using cloths containing abrasives or silver cleaners/solutions, as these can strip the plating.

■ About resizing silver items
Resizing is available (includes cleaning).
As silver has high thermal conductivity and many items use colored stones, resizing requires more careful work than usual.
In the unlikely event that a stone is damaged during the process, we will replace it with a gemstone of equivalent quality at no charge.
Note that since the item is finished to look brand new after resizing, the plating will also be re-applied.

Please note that items that have undergone processing such as resizing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
