This is a synthetic sapphire ring. The vivid synthetic sapphire is an impressive 14mm in length. The yellow gold setting has an antique feel, with engraving on the band. One of the charms of synthetic stones is being able to wear large gems casually.

This is a used item (newly polished) from [KARATZ Flea Market].
