Alexandrite is often called the "King of Gemstones." Known for its ability to change color from green to red depending on the light source, it is a mysterious gem described as an "emerald by day, ruby by night." This is a Brazilian alexandrite. It has high transparency and exhibits a beautiful green hue under normal light, while shifting to a reddish-purple tone when exposed to a color-change penlight. It is a stone that allows you to fully enjoy its color-changing properties.
At 0.3ct, its significant size for a gem-quality Brazilian alexandrite is another appealing feature. Please take note of the balance between its transparency, color, and color-change effect.Comes with a GIA identification report.
*The color-change effect was captured using a red-light penlight for color changes.
