Kyanite with a dazzling, deep indigo hue. Its captivating, profound blue evokes images of the Earth, the cosmos, or the deep sea; its Japanese name, "ranshoseki," translates literally to "indigo crystal."
This is a royal blue-colored Nepalese kyanite, precision-cut by Sri Lankan lapidary Mr. Sanje. It features a meticulous cut that ensures no loss of color even when viewed from the front.
