Alexandrite, also known as the "King of Gems," is a mystical gemstone whose color changes from green to red, earning it the moniker "emerald by day, ruby by night." This particular alexandrite is from Brazil. Enjoy its color change using a red light source.
This is a highly transparent, green Paraiba Tourmaline from the Bataliha mine in Brazil. It contains 1.0% CuO and 3.9% MnO. It comes with a sorting report from the Japan Jewellery Association.
